How It Works
Clear from the start.
Paid freelance opportunities and personal portfolio collaborations are treated separately. Every opportunity will clearly explain the role, scope, rate or collaboration basis, expenses, usage and credit before anyone commits.
We keep suitable applicants in our crew pool and get in touch when a project, role and level of experience are a good match. Joining the network does not guarantee regular work, but it means you can be considered when the right opportunity comes up.
